PEAK SEASON & PRIME DATES

Select high-demand dates during peak season are priced accordingly. Prime pricing allows us to maintain the venue and provide consistent support during our busiest months.

Prime season includes:
May & June Β· September & October

Prime date pricing:

  • Friday: $2,760

  • Saturday: $4,200

  • Sunday: $2,000

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Alcohol Policy

    Alcohol is not permitted at Liverpool Lane unless approved in advance through a separate written agreement. When alcohol is approved, specific guidelines apply to ensure guest safety and compliance with state and local regulations.

    Approved alcohol service includes:

    • A defined alcohol allowance fee

    • An additional cleanup fee when alcohol is present

    • Limits on alcohol type and quantity

    • No hard liquor, glass bottles, or drinking games

    • Strict enforcement of age restrictions

    Details are reviewed and finalized during the booking process.

  • Couples are responsible for coordinating setup and teardown within their reserved access window. This approach allows flexibility in vendor selection while keeping overall venue costs predictable.

    Failure to return the venue to its original condition may result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

  • A refundable damage deposit is required prior to the event and is returned following the wedding provided no damage or excessive cleanup is required.

    The damage deposit covers minor physical damage or cleanup issues to the venue, while event insurance is required to protect everyone in the unlikely event of a larger liability issue, such as an injury or major incident.

  • Event insurance is required for all weddings and must list The Venue at Liverpool Lane, LLC as an additional insured.
